How can you participate?

To participate, all you need to do is run or walk a mile anywhere, then raise your hand and shoot a video or photograph. Upload/ tweet/ post it with #aMileForHer on your social media profile (Facebook or Twitter). You can also nominate two or more people to take up this challenge by tagging them.
